Check the other pages first. A lot of common questions are already answered on the Terms, Privacy, DMCA and Report Abuse pages. If your question is about copyright, use the DMCA page. If it is about something that should be removed, use Report Abuse. Those queues are read faster than the general inbox.
Also, describe the issue in a few clear sentences. If it is about a specific page or item, paste the URL. If it is about an account, mention the username. The more context you give, the faster we can help.
