Terms of Service

By using this site, you agree to the rules below. If you do not agree with any of them, please close the page and do not use the site. These terms apply to everyone: visitors, registered members, uploaders and moderators.

The short version: be an adult, do not upload anything illegal, do not spam, do not try to break the site, and respect other people. The longer version is below, and it is what actually counts if there is ever a disagreement.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if that is higher. If you are under 18, you are not allowed to view, register or upload anything here. We do not verify age directly, but we do remove accounts that turn out to belong to minors, and we report serious cases to the proper authorities.

Your account

You are responsible for your login details. Keep the password to yourself, and do not share the account with other people. If you think someone else got into your account, change the password right away and let us know. We are not responsible for losses caused by a stolen password, but we will help you lock things down.

One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to get around a ban, boost views or spam comments is not allowed. If we see this, we remove the extra accounts and may remove the main one too.

Content rules

Do not upload anything that is illegal in the country where the server sits or in your own country. This includes, but is not limited to, content involving minors, non-consensual acts, animals, or anyone who did not agree to appear on camera. We remove such content on sight and report it.

Do not upload content that belongs to someone else unless you have permission. Do not rip videos from other sites, remove their watermarks, and repost them as your own. If a copyright holder asks us to take something down, we do, and repeated violations lead to a permanent ban.

Do not use the site to advertise unrelated products, run scams, or push malware. Links in comments, titles and profiles are checked, and anything that looks like spam is removed without warning.

Behavior

Treat other members like people. Insults, threats, harassment and hate speech are not allowed, and comments that cross that line get deleted. Debate is fine, being a jerk is not.

Do not try to hack the site, scrape it at scale, or overload the servers. Automated tools that hammer the site are blocked, and accounts linked to them are removed.

Reports and takedowns

If you see something that breaks these rules, use the report button on the item page or send a message through the contact form. Reports are read by moderators, not by bots, and most are handled within a day or two.

If you are a copyright holder and want something removed, use the DMCA page. Include the exact URL, a description of the work, and a statement that you have the right to request the removal. We respond to valid requests quickly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the new version goes up on this page with a fresh date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, that counts as accepting the new version. If you do not agree, stop using the site.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as is. We try to keep it online and working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for what members upload, post or say. We do our best to moderate, but the final responsibility for any content rests with the person who posted it.

If you have questions about these terms, use the contact form. Thanks for reading, and enjoy the site.
